Good morning great minds. Thank God for a new day.

Today we shall continue our series on ANGER

Our topic for this week is:

*Understanding Anger and Its Impact on Mental Health*

The complexities of the human mind have been a subject of fascination for centuries. One of the many emotions that have been of particular interest is anger. While anger is a natural, human emotion necessary for survival, chronic or uncontrolled anger can have serious consequences on our mental health. This article will explore the relationship between anger and mental health, discussing how uncontrolled anger can contribute to mental health issues.

*The Nature of Anger*

Anger is an emotional response, typically triggered by an external or internal event. It is a natural reaction to perceived threats and can help us fight and defend ourselves when we are attacked. A certain amount of anger is therefore necessary to our survival.

However, anger becomes a problem when it is felt too intensely, too frequently, or is poorly managed. In such instances, it can lead to mental health issues and even harm your physical health.
